Meet the experts:

Greg Jackson

An American modern martial arts trainer, Jackson is the co-owner of an MMA academy and is considered one of the top MMA trainers in the world. Having more than twenty years of experience, he has revolutionized the world of martial arts. His expertise and training have catapulted numerous aspiring fighters into champion athletes. Jackson has partnered with Tapout Fitness to develop a fitness program that provides an all-inclusive mix of striking, wrestling, and grappling in a non-contact technique that will give you the skills you need to be a Tapout Fitness athlete.

Brandon Gibson

As a young martial arts fighter, Gibson grew up training under renown trainer Greg Jackson. His passion and dedication to the sport led him to later become a coach at the Jackson Wink MMA Academy. As a striking expert, Gibson has developed a results-driven fitness program that he has used to train notable athletes—which we have incorporated into our own Tapout Fitness training here in New York, NY. Using the newest striking techniques, his methods will get you into the best shape of your life.

Kyle Coletti

Fitness entrepreneur and the creator of Focusmater Fitness, Coletti’s extended sports background has fueled his passion and lead him to become the fitness guru he is today. Winner of the America’s Next Fitness Phenomenon title, his expertise comprises fitness concepts essential to achieving a sculpted body. Coletti has used his wide array of knowledge to contribute a powerful fitness regimen to Tapout Fitness programming that conditions the entire body.

William Carpenter

Our director of martial arts operations, William is a lifetime martial artist who started his journey in Kenpo Karate in 1976 under the instruction of late Grand Master Bill Packer in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He traveled and competed with the original AKKA Bad Company team. After achieving his black belt and teaching at multiple dojos, William joined the military, where he was trained in multiple military combative systems. In 1990, William moved to Dallas, Texas, where he was introduced to Judo and Jiu-Jitsu by Grand Master Vince Tamura.  He achieved his black belts in both disciplines then opened his first Jiu-Jitsu/MMA academy after returning to New Mexico in 1994. He trained and was certified by Pedro Carvalho to teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and achieved his black belt in 2011. William has run a successful Jiu-Jitsu and MMA academy and competition team for over 20 years. His passion has always been teaching a positive martial arts mentality and striving for the ultimate advancement of the martial arts, which he believes can best be globally accomplished through the Tapout Fitness platform.
